To connect job seekers with employers through their local ward office, we may collect: your name, phone number, email, photo, citizenship/ID details, address (province, district, municipality, ward), education, work experience, skills, and CV documents you provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and verify your profile and digital CV through your ward office.
- To match you with relevant local job opportunities.
- To allow employers to review applications you submit to them.
- To send service notifications (applications, verification, alerts).
3. Information Sharing
Your application details are shared only with the specific employer you apply to. Ward administrators can view and verify residents of their own ward. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Security
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Access is role-restricted, sessions are hardened, and the platform uses CSRF protection, rate limiting, and IP-based abuse prevention. Uploaded files are validated by type and content.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and withdraw applications. To exercise these rights, contact info@oknepal.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for login sessions and language preference. We do not use advertising trackers.
