1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nepal Ward Job Center, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Ward offices may verify the accuracy of your address and CV.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent jobs or profiles.
• Do not harass other users or misuse contact information.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the service.

4. Employers

Employers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their job postings. Verification or featuring of an employer does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by the platform.

5. Job Seekers

Applying does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. The platform facilitates connections but is not a party to any employment agreement.

6. Service Availability

The platform is provided "as is". This is a Self-Reliant Nepal (आत्मनिर्भर नेपाल) initiative and may be updated, suspended, or modified at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it for the purpose of operating the platform (e.g. showing your CV to employers you apply to).

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
