Ward Admin Guide
Ward Admin Guide
Note: Ward Admins are assigned by the Super Admin to manage a specific ward.
1. Ward Dashboard
Your dashboard shows ward-specific metrics:
- Total citizens in your ward
- Active jobs in your ward
- Pending verifications (addresses and CVs)
- Application statistics
2. Verify Citizen Addresses
- Go to Verify Addresses
- Review pending address submissions from citizens in your ward
- Check the GPS coordinates on the map
- Click Verify to approve — this auto-assigns a house number
- Or click Reject with a reason if the address is incorrect
3. Verify CVs
- Go to Verify CVs
- Review submitted citizen CVs
- Check that the information is accurate and complete
- Click Approve — the citizen gets a verified badge (✓)
- Or Reject with feedback
4. Ward Job Management
You can post ward-level jobs and manage job listings from your panel:
- View all jobs in your ward
- Post government/ward office jobs
- Monitor application counts
5. Ward Office Profile
Keep your ward office information up to date:
- Office name (English and Nepali)
- Chairperson and Secretary names
- Contact info: phone, email, website
- Office hours and services offered
- Upload ward logo
6. Announcements
Create ward-specific announcements that are shown to citizens in your ward:
- Set title and message in English and Nepali
- Choose type: info, warning, or success
- Set start and end dates
- Upload optional banner image
7. Employment Statistics
View detailed ward-level employment analytics:
- Unemployment rate
- Application pipeline breakdown
- Monthly job posting trends
- Skills supply vs demand chart
